2-year Postdoc position in NLP at Bocconi University (Italy)
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our research team as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the field of Natural Language Processing. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on personalized and subjective approaches to Natural Language Processing, with a particular focus on how people use language technologies in everyday life and their social and ethical implications. The successful candidate will work closely with Prof. Debora Nozzahttps://www.deboranozza.com/ and the MilaNLP labhttps://milanlproc.github.io/.
Your profile: • A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics/NLP, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields. • Excellent programming skills in Python. • Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Italian is NOT a requirement. • Strong experience with modern NLP/LLM frameworks. • Experience with publications in top-tier venues in NLP/Computational Linguistics or related fields.
Position Details: • Starting date: January 2027, with flexibility • Duration: 2 years • Deadline: November 15, 2026 • No teaching obligations
