The ELRA Board is launching, for the first time, an *open call for expressions of interest* from universities, research teams, research institutes, and academic consortia active in fields related to LREC and willing to consider hosting the *International Conference on Language Resources and Evaluation* (LREC) in either 2028 or 2030.

At this stage, ELRA is not requesting formal hosting proposals.
