The Spanish Society for Natural Language Processing (SEPLN) is pleased to
invite you to participate in the 41st edition of the SEPLN Conference. The
SEPLN Conference will take place on 24-26 September 2025 at Zaragoza
(Spain), at the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITA).
The huge amount of digital information available in different languages has
created the need for systems to access this valuable resource in an
increasingly structured way. Thus, there is a renewed interest in improving
the ways in which we can access and leverage this information in
multilingual environments. The formal and technological foundations to
address these needs have and keep being proposed from the area of Natural
Language Processing (NLP) and its many branches: information extraction and
retrieval, language models, question answering, machine translation,
automatic analysis of textual content, text summarization, text
simplification, text generation, and speech recognition and synthesis.
The main aim of the SEPLN 2025 Conference is to provide both to the
scientific community and to the industry a forum where the latest research
and developments in the field of NLP can be presented and shared. The SEPLN
2025 Conference also gives the possibility to present real NLP applications
and R&D projects. Finally, the conference intends to be an appropriate
forum for helping new professionals to become active members in this field.
Structure of the Conference
The SEPLN 2025 Conference will be a three-day event and will include
sessions to present papers, ongoing research projects and prototype or
product demos related to the topics of the conference. Likewise, the 23rd
of September will take place the Workshop Day, where the main workshop will
be IberLEF 2025

Fernández Guajardo (Executive in AI & Emerging Tech – Google) y Marta R.

La Sociedad Española para el Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (SEPLN) se
complace en invitarle a participar en la 41ª edición del Congreso SEPLN,
que tendrá lugar en el Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (ITA).
La enorme cantidad de información disponible en formato digital y en
diferentes idiomas exige que los sistemas informáticos nos faciliten el
acceso a esta ingente cantidad de información de una forma cada vez más
estructurada. Por esta razón, existe un renovado interés en mejorar la
accesibilidad y explotación de la información en entornos multilingües. La
base formal y tecnológica para abordar adecuadamente estas necesidades se
ha propuesto y se sigue proponiendo desde el área del Procesamiento del
Lenguaje Natural (PLN) y sus múltiples ramas: extracción y recuperación de
información, modelos de lenguaje, respuesta a preguntas, traducción
automática, análisis automático de textos y contenidos textuales, resumen
de texto, simplificación de texto, generación de texto y reconocimiento y
síntesis de voz.
El principal objetivo del Congreso SEPLN 2025 es proporcionar, tanto a la
comunidad científica como a la industria, un foro donde presentar y
compartir las últimas investigaciones y desarrollos en el campo del PLN. El
Congreso SEPLN 2025 también da la posibilidad de presentar aplicaciones
reales de PLN, así como diferentes proyectos de I+D. Finalmente, la
conferencia pretende ser un foro apropiado para ayudar a los nuevos
profesionales a convertirse en miembros activos en este campo.
Organización del congreso
El Congreso durará tres días en los que se presentarán artículos
científicos, resúmenes de proyectos de investigación y demostraciones de
productos o prototipos relacionados con temas del Congreso. Además, el 23
de septiembre tendrá lugar el día de talleres de trabajo, donde destaca

*Joint Call for Tutorial Proposals (EACL/ACL) 2026*
The Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL) and the European
Chapter
of the ACL (EACL) invite proposals for tutorials in conjunction with
the ACL
2026 and EACL 2026 conferences. We welcome submissions covering all
areas of
computational linguistics (CL) and natural language processing (NLP),
broadly
defined to include related disciplines. We are soliciting proposals for
two
types of tutorials:
* *Cutting-edge tutorials in CL/NLP*: Covering recent advances in
emerging
areas not previously addressed in tutorials at EACL, NAACL-HLT, ACL,
or
EMNLP.
* *Introductory tutorials in related fields*: Offering overviews of
disciplines potentially relevant to the CL/NLP community, such as
linguistics, bioinformatics, machine learning, human-computer
interaction,
or applications of large language models in non-English languages.
In both cases, the primary goal is to help CL/NLP researchers understand
key
scientific challenges, their tractability, and their theoretical and
practical implications. Presentations of specific technologies or
systems are
welcome when used to illustrate broader scientific insights.
Tutorials will be held at one of the following conference venues:
* *EACL 2026* (The 19th Conference of the European Chapter of the
Association for Computational Linguistics), which will be held as a
hybrid
conference, and physically held in Rabat, Morocco, from March 24-29,
2026.
* *ACL 2026* (The 64th Annual Meeting of the Association for
Computational
Linguistics), which will be held as a hybrid conference and
physically
held in San Diego, California, from July 2-7, 2026.
Other calls will be made in the fall for tutorials colocated with
conferences
later in the year (e.g., EMNLP and AACL). This call thus exclusively
centers
EACL and ACL 2026.
*Important Dates*
EACL/ACL 2026 shared dates:
* Proposal submission deadline: *October 20, 2025*
* Notification of acceptance: December 08, 2025
* Tutorial slides + abstract + bibliography + any other materials
one month prior to the date of the tutorial

*Fee Waivers*
Up to *3 instructors per tutorial* can have their registration fees
waived
for the main conference and any subset of co-located tutorials and
workshops.
*Diversity & Inclusion*
To foster an inclusive culture in our field, we particularly encourage
submissions from members of underrepresented groups in CL/NLP, i.e.,
researchers from any demographic or geographic minority, researchers
with
disabilities, among others. The overall diversity of the tutorial
organizers
and potential audience will be taken into account to ensure that the
conference program is varied and balanced.
Tutorial proposals should describe and will be evaluated according to
how the
tutorial contributes to *topics promoting diversity* (e.g., working on
minority languages or groups), *participation diversity* (e.g.,
coordinating
with social affinity groups, providing subsidies, making a promotional
plan
for the tutorial), and *representation diversity* among tutorial
presenters.
For more information or advice, organizers may consult resources such as
the
BIG directory [1], Black in AI [2], Disability in AI [3], Indigenous AI
[4],
LatinX in AI [5], Masakhane [6], 500 Queer Scientists [7], and
Women-in-ML's directory [8].
*Submission Details*
1Proposals should use the ACL paper submission format. Authors can
download
[9] the LaTeX or Word template or use the Overleaf template [10].
Proposals
*should not exceed 4 pages of content* (plus one page for tutor
biographies
and unlimited pages for references), should be submitted as PDF
documents,
and should contain the following:
1) A title and authors, affiliations, and contact information.
2) A brief description of the tutorial content and its relevance to the
CL/NLP community.
3) Type of the tutorial: "cutting-edge in CL/NLP" vs "introductory to
fields related to CL/NLP".
4) Briefly describe the target audience and any expected prerequisites
for
the attendees, for example:
* Math: e.g., "Understand derivatives and integrals as found in
introductory calculus"
* Linguistics: e.g., "Be able to parse and generate text with
dependency grammars"
* Machine Learning: e.g., "Understand 'classical' supervised
methods such as SVM and perceptron"
* Neural Network: e.g., "Familiarity with transformers"
* Programming or other tools: e.g., "Knowledge of PyTorch and Unix
command line tools"
5) An outline of the tutorial structure and content, and how it will be
covered in a three-hour slot. In exceptional cases, six-hour
tutorial
slots are available. These time limits do not include coffee breaks,
e.g., a three-hour tutorial in fact occupies a 3.5-hour slot, and a
six-hour tutorial occupies a 7-hour slot.
6) Explain how the tutorial includes other people's work. We recommend
that the tutorial cover work by the presenters as well as by other
researchers. The submission should explain how this breadth is
ensured.
Tutorials should not be "self-invited talks".
7) Diversity considerations, e.g., use of multilingual data,
indications of
how the described methods scale up to various languages or domains,
participation of both senior and junior instructors, demographic and
geographical diversity of the instructors, plans for how to
diversify
audience participation, etc.
8) Reading list. Work that you expect the audience to read before the
tutorial can be indicated by an asterisk. Recommended papers should
provide breadth of authorship and include work by other authors, as
well
as work from other disciplines is welcomed if relevant.
9) For each tutorial presenter, a one-paragraph statement of their
research
interests and areas of expertise for the tutorial topic, as well as
experience in instructing an international audience.
10) An estimate of the audience size for the tutorial. If the same or a
similar tutorial (or workshops, talks, etc.) has been given before,
include information on where any previous version of the tutorial
was
given and how many attendees the tutorial attracted.
11) A description of special requirements for technical equipment.
12) We intend to make tutorial presentation materials publicly
available
(e.g., tutorial slides, captioned video recording, as well as
software,
data, or other resources as applicable) in the ACL Anthology. If
any of
your tutorial materials cannot be shared, please explain why this
is the
case.
13) An ethics statement that discusses the ethical considerations
related to
the topics of the tutorial.
14) A description of any limitations that would restrict the tutorial
to a
specific venue (EACL or ACL). For example: if the tutorial is
compatible
with only one of these events, logistically, thematically or
otherwise,
or if the tutorial cannot be held at a venue for logistical
reasons.
15) OPTIONAL: We welcome proposals on the special conference themes. If
your
tutorial proposal aligns with the special themes of EACL (theme
TBA) or
ACL (theme TBA), then please explain why this is the case.
16) OPTIONAL: We invite tutorial instructors to include pedagogical
material
that the audience can bring into classrooms or similar spaces of
discussion, to bring attention to the tutorial topic (e.g., a
hands-on
exercise, discussion questions, a demo, or an assignment). If you
would
like to provide this, then please explain why this is the case.
Tutorial proposals should be submitted online using the softconf system
at

Proposals
will be reviewed jointly by the Tutorial Co-Chairs of the conferences
and,
optionally, by a group of external experts.
*Evaluation Criteria*
Each tutorial proposal will be evaluated according to its clarity and
preparedness, novelty or timely character of the topic, instructors'
experience, target audience, open access of the tutorial instructional
material, and diversity and inclusion.
*Instructor Responsibilities*
Tutorial decisions along with reviews will be released by *Dec 08,
2025*.
Accepted tutorial proposers must then provide abstracts for inclusion in
the
conference registration material by the specific conference deadlines.
The
description should be in two formats: (a) an ASCII version that can be
included in email announcements and published on the conference website,
and
(b) a PDF version for inclusion in the electronic proceedings (detailed
instructions will be provided). Tutorial speakers must provide *tutorial
materials (e.g., slides, a relevant list of papers) at least one month
prior
to the start date of the hosting conference*. The final submitted
tutorial
materials must minimally include copies of the course slides and a
bibliography for the material covered in the tutorial. After the
conference,
the presenters will be invited to update their slides in the ACL
Anthology
(if needed).

*Overview*
The 19th Conference of the European Chapter of the Association for
Computational Linguistics (EACL 2026) invites the submission of long and
short papers on substantial, original, and unpublished research on
Natural Language Processing. EACL 2026 will take place in Rabat,
Morocco, from March 24 to 29, 2026.
*Submission information*
Paper submission and commitment will be handled via the ACL Rolling
Review (ARR) system (https://aclrollingreview.org/cfp [2]).
ARR works on a two-monthly review cycle. The "paper submission deadline"
is the latest date that new papers can be submitted to ARR and be
reviewed in time to be considered by EACL 2026. Papers submitted in
previous ARR rounds can also be considered. The "paper commitment
deadline" is the date by which authors must choose, based on the reviews
so far, whether to "commit" their ARR papers to be considered by EACL
2026.
The authors should contact ARR with any questions about the review
process at editors(a)aclrollingreview.org.
As in recent years, some of the presentations at the conference will be
for papers accepted by the Transactions of the ACL (TACL) and
Computational Linguistics (CL) journals.

*Long Papers*
Long paper submissions must describe substantial, original, completed
and unpublished work. Wherever appropriate, concrete evaluation and
analysis should be included. Long papers may consist of up to 8 pages of
content, plus unlimited pages for references and appendices. Upon
acceptance, long papers will be given one additional page of content
(i.e. up to 9 pages) in the proceedings so that reviewers' comments can
be taken into account.
*Short Papers*
Short paper submissions must describe original and unpublished work.
Please note that a short paper is not a shortened long paper. Instead,
short papers should have a point that can be made in a few pages. Short
papers may consist of up to 4 pages of content, plus unlimited
references and appendices. Upon acceptance, short papers will be given
one additional page of content (i.e. up to 5 pages) in the proceedings
so that reviewers' comments can be taken into account.
*Findings of the ACL*
Papers submitted to EACL 2026, but not selected for the main conference,
will also automatically be considered for publication in the Findings of
the Association of Computational Linguistics. Acceptance notifications
for the main track and Findings will come out simultaneously.
*Presentation Mode*
Long and short papers will be presented orally or as posters, as
determined by the programme committee based on the nature rather than
the quality of the work. While short papers will be distinguished from
long papers in the proceedings, there will be no distinction in the
proceedings between papers presented orally and as posters. Papers
accepted to the Findings of the ACL may present a poster.
*Presentation Requirements*
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference--either online
or in-person--in order to appear in the proceedings. Authors of papers
accepted for presentation at EACL 2026 must notify the program chairs by
the withdrawal deadline if they wish to withdraw the paper. At least one
author of each accepted paper must register for EACL 2026 by the early
registration deadline.
*Paper Submission and Anonymity*
Following standard ACL and ARR policy, submitted papers must be prepared
for two-way anonymized review, and no deanonymized preprint may be
posted in the month prior to submission. Please see the ARR CfP for more

*Policies on Authorship, Citation and Ethics*
EACL 2026 follows the ARR policies on authorship, citation and
comparison and ethics - please see the ARR CfP

*Multiple Submission Policy*
EACL 2026 follows the ARR policy on multiple submission: we will not
consider any paper that is under review in a journal or another
conference at the time of submission, and submitted papers must not be
submitted elsewhere during the review period. See the ARR CfP for more

*Mandatory Discussion of Limitations*
We believe that it is also important to discuss the limitations of your
work, in addition to its strengths. Following recent EACL conferences,
EACL 2026 requires all papers to have a clear discussion of limitations,
in a dedicated section titled "Limitations". This section will appear at
the end of the paper, after the discussion/conclusions section and
before the references, and will not count towards the page limit. Papers
without a limitations section will be automatically rejected without
review. Papers resubmitted from previous ARR review rounds that did not
include a limitations section must ensure that such a section is
included in the EACL 2026 version.
While we are open to different types of limitations, just mentioning
that a set of results have been shown for English only probably does not
reflect what we expect. Mentioning that the method works mostly for
languages with limited morphology, like English, is a much better
alternative. In addition, limitations such as low scalability to long
text, the requirement of large GPU resources, or other things that
inspire further investigation are welcome.

astronomical publications to observational facilities. Telescope
bibliographies are crucial for measuring scientific impact, enabling data
discovery, and supporting reproducibility, but remain largely curated by
hand. TRACS provides a dataset of annotated scientific papers and invites
participants to build systems that detect telescope references, group
papers by facility, and classify data usage into science, instrumentation,
mention, or false positives. A key focus is generalization to new
telescopes, ensuring broad applicability to the rapidly evolving
astronomical landscape.

Joint Call for Workshops Proposals (EACL/ACL) 2026
The Association for Computational Linguistics, the European Language Resource Association and International Committee on Computational Linguistics invite proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with EACL 2026 or ACL 2026. We solicit proposals in all areas of computational linguistics, broadly conceived to include related disciplines such as linguistics, speech, information retrieval, and multimodal processing.
Workshops will be held at one of the following conference venues:
* EACL 2026 (The 19th Conference of the European Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics) which will be held as a hybrid conference, and physically held in Rabat, Morocco, from March 24-29, 2026
* ACL 2026 (The 64th Annual Meeting of the Association for Computational Linguistics), which will be held as a hybrid conference, and physically held in San Diego, California, from July 2-7, 2026
The workshop and tutorial co-chairs will work together to assign workshops to the conferences. They will take into account location preferences and technical constraints provided by the workshop proposers.
A second call will be made in the fall for workshops colocated with conferences later in the year (e.g., EMNLP and AACL). This call thus exclusively centres EACL and ACL 2026.

Submission Information
Proposals should be submitted as PDF documents. Note that submissions should be ready to be turned into a Call for Papers to the workshop within one week of notification.
The proposals should be at most two pages for the main proposal and at most two additional pages for information about the organizers, program committee, and references. Thus, the whole proposal should not be more than four pages long. Please use the LaTeX template for your submission.
The two pages for the main proposal must include:
* A title, short name / acronym, and a brief description of the workshop topic and content.
* Some conferences might take place only or partially virtually. We request submissions to contain a brief discussion on measures planned to make sure a workshop is successful and productive in case of a hybrid or virtual-only attendance.
* A description of special requirements and technical needs.
* A description of any limitations that would restrict the workshop to a specific venue (EACL or ACL). For example: if the workshop is compatible with only one of these events, logistically, thematically or otherwise, or if the workshop cannot be held at a venue for logistical reasons.
* Diversity and Inclusion Efforts (see more details below)
* If the workshop has been held before, a note specifying: how many prior editions occurred, where previous workshops were held, how many submissions the workshop received in the last iteration and how many papers were accepted (also specify if they were not regular papers, e.g., shared task system description papers), and an estimate of how many in-person posters the workshop attracted.
* (Optional/If Known) A list of invited speakers, with an indication of which ones have already agreed and which are tentative, and sources of funding for the speakers.
* (Optional) A description of any shared tasks associated with the workshop, and estimate of the number of participants. Having a shared task is optional.
The submission form will request information that does not factor into the decision process, but are necessary for logistical reasons:
* An estimate of the maximum number of attendees at one given time
* Number of estimated in-person posters
* Preferred Venue (first and second preference). Providing a second preferred venue is optional, and we assume that providing a second preference indicates its compatibility for the workshop. While we will do our best to adhere to these preferences, we cannot guarantee that they will be satisfied.
* Duration of the workshop (1-day / 2-day workshop)
Note that the only financial support available to workshops is a single free workshop registration for an invited speaker. The workshop organizers must bear all other costs independently, including registration for more than one invited speaker.
The two pages for information about organizers, program committee, and references must include:
* The names, affiliations, and email addresses of the organizers, with a brief statement (2-5 sentences) of their research interests, areas of expertise, and experience in organizing workshops and related events.
* A list of Program Committee members, with an indication of which members have already agreed. Organizers should do their best to estimate the number of submissions (especially for recurring workshops) in order to (a) ensure a sufficient number of reviewers so that each paper receives 3 reviews, and (b) anticipate that no one is committed to reviewing more than 3 papers. This practice is likely to ensure on-time and thoughtful reviews.
* An indication whether the workshop will consider papers submitted through ACL Rolling Review (ARR); use OpenReview as a platform (both to take papers from ARR and for their own review); or whether the workshop will only use START as a platform, and will not use ARR. In making this choice, please pay careful attention to the ARR deadlines and conference notifications.

Diversity and Inclusion
The proposals should describe the ways in which the workshop will support diversity in NLP. We suggest organizers consider the following points, while developing the proposal:
* Contribution to academic diversity: The proposals could explain how the subject matter of the workshop will contribute to the diversity of the field, e.g. use of multilingual data, indications of how the described methods scale up to various languages or domains, accessibility of resources, supporting underrepresented communities of NLP and so on.
* Diversifying representation: Following the WiNLP initiative, we recognize the current problems of demographic imbalance in the field. Therefore, we particularly encourage submissions including members of under-represented groups in computational linguistics. The proposals should describe how their selection of invited speakers, panelists, organizers, and program committee promotes diverse representation (for example, considering underrepresented demographics based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, and so on). We also suggest including speakers and panelists, who have not appeared as a keynote speaker or panelist in recent conferences.
* Diversifying participation: The proposals could describe how the call-for-papers and outreach will encourage people from marginalized groups to attend and submit to the workshop. Some examples include providing mentoring, subsidies, coordinating with affinity groups, diversifying the selection of papers and so on.
Organizer Responsibilities
The organizers of the accepted proposals will be responsible for publicizing and running the workshop, including reviewing submissions, producing the camera-ready workshop proceedings, organizing the meeting days, and playing their part to ensure that all participants are aware of ACL’s anti-harassment policy. It is crucial that organizers commit to all deadlines. In particular, failure to produce the camera-ready proceedings on time will lead to the exclusion of the workshop from the unified proceedings and author indexes. Workshop organizers cannot accept submissions for publication that will be (or have been) published elsewhere, although they are free to set their own policies on simultaneous submission and review. However, it is worth noting that workshops may also accept non-archival submissions, such as findings papers, for presentation, which are allowed in this case. Since the conferences will occur at different times, the timelines for the submission and reviewing of workshop papers, and the preparation of camera-ready copies, will be different for each conference. Suggested timelines for each of the conferences are given below. The workshop organizers are free to deviate from the proposed schedule for all dates that are not marked as inflexible, though changes should be made in consultation with the relevant workshop chairs.
In submitting a proposal, workshop chairs will be asked to agree to the workshop non-compliance policy<https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1hhocb0fXBBJhqJHoOfZtx1V1kcTATpA4IMU…>. All workshops must agree to this policy, which states that egregious cases of not living up to the responsibilities of running a workshop will be penalized by a 1-year ban on the organizers from submitting another workshop proposal. Workshop proposals for which all authors do not agree to this policy will be desk-rejected.

Review Process
Workshop proposals will be holistically reviewed by a committee of workshop chairs and the ACL workshop officers based on: their originality and impact, the experience of the Organizing and Program Committees, and the ethical considerations presented and adherence of the workshop proposal to ACL’s code of ethics. This committee will also allocate workshops to the conferences included in the call, taking into account location preferences and technical constraints given in the workshop proposal. However, the aim of the review process is to accept as many high-quality workshops as possible. Given space limitations at conference venues and the increasing number of workshop proposals, the review committee can not guarantee that a proposal will be co-located with their preferred venue in lieu of extenuating circumstances.
The review process will have three possible outcomes: accept, in which case the workshop will be co-located with either EACL or ACL; revise and resubmit, where the organizing committee is encouraged to incorporate reviewer feedback and resubmit to the next call for workshops for AACL and EMNLP; or reject, in which the workshop proposal should not be submitted the next call, and will be desk rejected if submitted.

Full Paper Track
The Full Paper Track provides the opportunity for researchers to present their state-of-the-art research in Information Retrieval, which makes, or has the potential to make, a significant contribution to the field.
Full papers are up to 12 pages in length plus unlimited additional pages for references. Appendices count toward the page limit. Please put appendices before the references for paper submission. Papers over the page limit will be desk rejected.
Full papers will be refereed through double-blind peer review, with an initial first-stage review followed by a second stage of discussion led by a meta-reviewer.
Some high-quality submissions not accepted as main papers may be invited to be published as findings papers.

Please do not cite your technical report and make effort to avoid any issues that may harm the double-blindness of your submission. Call for Workshop Proposals
ECIR 2026 (https://ecir2026.eu/) workshops provide a platform for presenting novel ideas and research results in emerging areas in IR in a focused and interactive way.
Workshops can be either a half-day (3.5 hours plus breaks) or a full day (7 hours plus breaks). The organizers of approved workshops are expected to set up a webpage for the workshop, disseminate the call for papers and the call for participation, gather and review submissions, and prepare the final program. A camera-ready summary of the workshop, written by the organizers, will be included in the ECIR conference proceedings.
Workshops are encouraged to be as dynamic and interactive as possible and should lead to a concrete outcome, such as the publication of workshop proceedings. Organizers are also encouraged to write a summary article for the June edition of the ACM SIGIR Forum, highlighting the main results of the workshop.
Workshops are on site, and at least one organizer is expected to attend the workshop.

Workshop proposals should be prepared using Springer proceedings templates available on the Springer webpage, with a maximum length of 8 pages. We welcome abstracts for both oral presentations and poster presentations reporting on work at the intersections of corpus linguistics and discourse analysis, broadly conceived. Contributions might address, but certainly do not need to be limited to, the following areas:
* academic, scientific, technological and medical discourse(s);
* comparative studies;
* discourse(s) and identities;
* discourse(s) in language acquisition, language learning and teaching;
* discursive and/or language change over time (including historical analyses);
* discourse(s) and social issues (e.g., health, the environment, gender and sexuality, technology, politics and polycrises);
* figurative language in discourse (e.g. metaphor, metonymy, irony);
* institutional discourse(s);
* intercultural discourses;
* language ideology and policy;
* media, social media, new media and hybrid text types;
* methodological innovations in corpus and discourse analysis approaches;
* multimodality and corpora;
* reflective contributions on the assumptions, practices, ethical dilemmas and implications of corpus and discourse analysis research;
* corpus stylistics and literary discourse;
* translation studies and discourse(s).
Submission information:
As this is an in-person only conference, all presenting participants must attend the conference in person.
Oral presentations should present research that is either completed or that is ongoing with some substantial results. Research that is a work in progress and that is yet to yield substantial results is welcome in the form of a poster presentation.
Oral presentations will consist of a 20-minute talk followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
For oral/poster presentations, please submit an unstructured abstract of up to 4000 characters (including references).

We invite you to submit your best work in agents and multiagent systems to AAMAS 2026,
the 25th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems, to be
held in Paphos, Cyprus in May 2026.
All submissions will be rigorously peer-reviewed and evaluated on the basis of the overall
quality of their technical contribution, taking into account criteria such as originality,
significance, soundness, reproducibility, clarity, relevance to the conference, quality of
presentation, as well as understanding and appropriate referencing of the state of the art.
The papers will be published under CC BY license.

Workshop Outreach Pipeline
AAMAS 2026 will include a pilot designed to encourage submission of high-quality papers
from related workshops at sister AI conferences. All submissions will go through the
standard AAMAS review process, but PCs from participating workshops will be able to
easily bid on papers from "their" workshop. As with all AAMAS submissions, only papers
that have not been published in any archival proceedings can be submitted.

It is recommended to verify with your workshop chair that they are aware of the pipeline

Other Tracks
In addition to the main track, AAMAS 2026 will feature four special tracks (AAAI Track,
JAAMAS Track, Blue Sky Ideas Track, Demo Track), as well as a Doctoral Consortium.
The AAAI Track welcomes AAAI-25 submissions rejected from the main AAAI track that
are relevant to the AAMAS research community and received no reject review
recommendations (all review scores are weak reject or above).
