Dear Claudia,
It is a shame that you have chosen to publish with MDPI which charges authors 1000CHF. There are good and free open access alternatives in this field, like LD&C of LDD. Author charges effectively exclude a number of potential authors.
We need more truly OA journals with no charges to author or reader.
