Next week, we will hold the 2nd Annual Meeting of the ELRA/ISCA Special Interest Group on Under-Resourced Languages (SIGUL 2023) on August 18-20, 2023, in Dublin, Ireland.

As in tradition of the previous SIGUL event, it features a number of distinguished keynote speakers, technical oral and poster sessions, and panel discussions. This time we'll have three-panel discussions on (1) Inclusion, Diversity, and Sovereignty, (2) the Role of Local Communities & Policy/Support, and (3) UL and Education.
