It has been over a year since the ACL updated its anonymity policies to allow publicly sharing pre-prints of submitted papers and promotion of them on social media. In light of this, we are conducting a survey on the impact of anonymity policies where we are interested to understand how preprinting and reviewers' prior knowledge affects review scores; and the impact of such policies on underrepresented communities.
