[Corpora-List] Arabic to English Names Automated Transliteration

Dear all,

We have a large list of Arabic full names that we would like to automatically transliterate to English in a consistent way. Would appreciate letting me know if you are aware of any tools or resources that can help us to achieve this. Ok with both open source or commercial solutions.
